I need your advice on this one. I currently have Sky+ which is great BUT, I have a nagging thought that having a HD TV and not having Sky HD is a bit of a waste  . Some of you must have Sky HD having had Sky+.
So my question is. Is it worth it

Okay,
Thanks for all your help on this one 
I made the decision on my own and have now got HD. Oh my god, what a difference. Just watching the US Open is awesome  The ball is much easier to see and you can see every blade of grass on the green and every dimple on the ball 
To anyone else who is considering the switch to Hi Def, do it. You won't regret it

I've recently been playing HD content on a cheap 22" 1080i LCD and the clarity is superb. I don't have Sky but may be tempted by the free sat sky HD deal for a one off £200 charge. I believe the only free to air HD channels are just BBC1 and ITV at the moment. May not be worth getting the free sat sky yet until more channels become HD....
Shame the BBC iplayer don't stream their shows in HD possibly because the bandwidth is not there.

I have SKY HD on a 37" TV. Oh My God, it is BRILLIANT!! Highly recommended to everyone.
And have you all seen the golf coverage!!!

I have just ordered Sky HD and am due to have it fitted next week I saw the demo in Currys and was really impressed. I really can't wait to have a look at the golf in HD I'll post my thoughts when it is set up

Ok everyone. I have had my Sky HD installed this afternoon I was already impressed with the picture on my 42" plasma, but HD is definately an improvement  I can highly recommend upgrading to HD
